Level 0 - Character Creation (My Origins)
Every video game starts with the same screen. You create your character, choose a couple of traits, and you're off. In real life, you don't get that luxury.
A first-person journey into personal finance. No gurus, magic formulas, abstract theories but levels to clear, boss fights to win, and power-ups unlocked over time.

This is the first post on GOM Boy, a place where I'll talk about money, work, and the choices we make while trying to build a life we love.
GOM Boy was born from combining GOM (Game Of Money) and Boy, a homage to the legendary Game Boy that accompanied a generation through adventures, challenges, and levels to clear.
To me, personal finance is exactly that: a game without a perfect tutorial, where you learn primarily by doing. You try, make mistakes, gain experience, and build small wins, one level at a time.
Every choice is a new level, every mistake becomes experience, every milestone a checkpoint.
